Founder/ Master StylistWith a vision for building something meaningful, our founder brings a blend of big-picture thinking and hands-on experience. Jamie Dorothy has over 20 years of experience of hair! She loves learning about your lifestyle needs and takes inspiration from your natural coloring creating something special that brings you to your ultimate glow. She loves haircutting all types of hair and adding hair extensions to anyone looking for more! Jamie has three children that she can’t get enough of and a superman husband that visits in the salon to fix lighting, hang decorations, and all of those things. .

Janie is a hairstylist with over 18 years of experience, specializing in natural, dimensional color, effortless cutting, and lived-in hair that grows out beautifully. She focuses on enhancing each client’s natural features through thoughtful, low-maintenance color and customized cuts. Known for creating soft, modern results, she offers a calm, welcoming experience where clients feel confident, comfortable, and effortlessly polished.
Independent StylistJoanna Avery
Born and raised in the coastal South, Joanna has been a hairstylist in Charleston since 2018. She specializes in haircuts and lived-in, low-maintenance, dimensional color. She draws inspiration from the slow, intentional way of life here and is dedicated to creating a safe, welcoming space for people of all identities. Outside of work, she and her husband enjoy home projects, making music, cooking for friends, and spending time with their three dogs and two cats.
Junior StylistRyan Rhodes
Friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, our junior stylist Ryan is our right hand for all of our assisting tasks in the salon. Born and raised in Greenville, SC, Ryan completed cosmetology school in High School and recently moved to Charleston to grow her craft and be near the beach! She excels in charleston blondes and is working on growing her talent in haircutting.
